This next phase in my medical journey builds upon over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and educator. My goal is to bridge the gap between nursing and medicine, enhancing outcomes through deeper clinical insight, leadership, and holistic care.

I’m Nadine Henry-Ladge, a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Diabetes Management Specialist, and the founder of Forever Expanding Health. After nearly three decades working in specialties from endocrinology to oncology, urgent care, hospice, and more, I’ve seen one truth repeat itself: nurse practitioners and registered nurses thrive when they’re truly supported.

 

This mentoring program was born from that truth.

 

I created Forever Expanding Health for new and transitioning NPs and RNs who are ready to grow—but need real, honest, compassionate guidance to get there. I know what it’s like to step into complex roles without always having someone to turn to. So I built the kind of support I once needed—and now offer it to others through mentoring that’s both heart-centered and evidence-based.

 

My passion for healthcare—and for mentoring—runs deep. It’s shaped by personal experience, like caring for my mother with Type 2 diabetes, and by professional dedication to improving health literacy, clinical confidence, and career clarity for NPs and RNs across the spectrum.

Nadine’s Story

When I transitioned from RN to NP, I expected a seamless leap. Instead, I found myself overwhelmed with documentation protocols, patient expectations, and the weight of decision-making. I was expected to perform without proper mentorship. That gap drove me to start Forever Expanding Health—to ensure no nurse, (RN or NP) ever feels alone, confused, or unsupported on their path to excellence.
